Your new company

This company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fasteners and joining products. While they have a significant presence in most Countries, North America is the missing link and they are looking to expand significantly over the next five years. The markets they serve our Automotive, Industrial & Construction however they will initially focus on Construction while they expand in the US & Canada. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to head up their Substructure business across the US.


Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force of their Substructure business, focusing on the Construction Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing technical proposals, and presenting them to address the specific needs of customers. You'll foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, keeping up-to-date with market trends to stay ahead of competing products. Achieving ambitious annual sales targets will be key, as your contributions will significantly impact our growth.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal Business Development Manager will have a strong background in sales, with a track record of hitting quota. Experience and knowledge of the Construction industry would be ideal, as would experience of selling façade systems or joining systems. Finally, an ambitious mindset is essential as in order to hit their growth targets, they need employees to take on bigger roles!


What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary + commission of up to $150,000 per annum, based on years of experience, plus a great benefits package which includes healthcare and 401K.
