This company is one of Texas’ most respected Commercial Construction companies. This company has been in business for over 40 years and specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC) across K-12 and Municipal.  One of their longest standing clients, one of the leading Municipalities in Houston, has expanded their demand for JOC Services, therefore this company needs a Project Manager to help oversee and manage that demand.

Your new role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. In this position, you will direct and supervise activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to their Safety / Zero Harm culture.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Project Manager will be degree educated with a Construction related degree and have prior experience working as a Project Manager within the Commercial Sector. Experience with JOC is essential and experience with Municipalities would be highly advantageous.
